dc.description.abstractEl trabajo se basa en explicar la importancia de los servicios en línea que ofrecen las Administraciones Tributarias, para el presente caso, el Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), que se explica en forma detalla\; y la relación que tiene con el nivel de cultura tributaria\; mientras se simplifican cada vez más, los procesos de cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias para los contribuyentes, mejora la cultura tributaria\; ya que se optimizan los recursos para los sujetos, tanto activo como pasivo del tributo\; lo cual conlleva, por una parte a mejorar la eficiencia del Estado y a reducir el gasto público\; y por otra, a mejorar la recaudación de impuestos, debido al mayor cumplimiento voluntario de los contribuyentes o responsables.
dc.description.abstractThe work is based on explaining the importance of the online services offered by the Tax Administrations, for the present case, the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), which is explained in detail; and the relationship it has with the level of tax culture; while simplifying more and more, the processes of fulfillment of tax obligations for taxpayers, improves the tax culture; since the resources for the subjects, both active and passive of the tribute, are optimized; which means, on the one hand, to improve the efficiency of the State and reduce public expenditure; and on the other hand, to improve the collection of taxes, due to the greater voluntary compliance of the taxpayers or responsible ones.en_US
