dc.description.abstractEl objetivo general del presente estudio es diseñar un modelo de crecimiento urbano de los sectores de La Aurora y La Puntilla, que sea amigable con el medio ambiente, el buen vivir de sus habitantes, y que permita facilitar la recreación de los mismos. Contribuyéndose así, a una infraestructura adecuada en el ámbito de vialidad, servicios básicos, urbanismo, entre otros. En el estudio se parte de la realidad de otras ciudades latinoamericanas, y se consolida mediante la aplicación de entrevistas a las autoridades encargadas de la planeación en los municipios intervinientes (Daule y Samborondón), dada la necesidad de una ciudad en crecimiento. En tal sentido, los resultados se sustentan mediante una metodología Planeación-Acción, a partir del estudio de caso, para que el análisis de los problemas determinados sean atendidos de manera personalizada, evitándose que los objetivos apunten a la misma dirección y no a un caos en las nuevas expansiones y en las urbanizaciones ya establecidas. Finalmente, la información obtenida permite analizar la ruta a seguir para moldear y corregir los problemas urbanos en la actualidad.
dc.description.abstractThe general objective of this study is to design a model of urban growth of the sectors of La Aurora and La Puntilla, which is friendly to the environment, the good life of its inhabitants, and to facilitate the recreation of them. Contributing thus, to an adequate infrastructure in the field of road, basic services, urbanism, among others. The study is based on the reality of other Latin American cities, and is consolidated by the application of interviews with planning authorities in the intervening municipalities (Daule and Samborondón), given the need for a growing city. In this sense, the results are supported by a Planning-Action methodology, based on the case study, so that the analysis of the determined problems are addressed in a personalized way, avoiding that the objectives point to the same direction and not to chaos in the new expansions and in the urbanizations already established. Finally, the information obtained allows us to analyze the route to be followed in order to shape and correct urban problems today.en_US
