Ecobarrio, solución a la ruptura espacial de Alpachaca debido al eje vial

| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto aborda el estudio del sector de Alpachaca localizado en la periferia de la ciudad de Ibarra y la repercusión de la construcción del eje del anillo vial dividiendo al sector físicamente afectando la dinámica del sitio. El eje del anillo vial es contemplado como una amenaza para el crecimiento del sector intensificando problemas de conectividad, crecimiento y problemas sociales ya existentes. Es necesario comprender el estado actual del sitio ya que no son favorables en cuanto aspectos de: usos y servicios, cobertura de equipamientos, vialidad, entorno natural y factores sociales limitando un desarrollo integral y sostenible. Para ello, la implementación de un Ecobarrio pretende mitigar las afectaciones propias y externas del sector creando una unidad entre el entorno existente y la incorporación de los parámetros de sostenibilidad que maneja el ecobarrio, paradigma que, de manera integral interviene adaptándose al medio construido. El trabajo contempla un eje de intervención con el objetivo de unificar los sectores fragmentados por el eje del anillo vial y los aspectos de sostenibilidad analizados en la metodología de ecobarrio ya ausentes en el sector. Además, el proyecto, contempla la intervención arquitectónica de un equipamiento de carácter social con actividades como: talleres, ferias ecológicas y culturales con el fin de potencializar el arraigamiento social. Es así que el elemento arquitectónico tiene características de cohesión al plan global urbanístico, ya que, el planteamiento del eje a intervenirse transforma al eje del anillo vial a un eje verde formando una secuencia de espacios al interior y exterior del sitio, la intervención bordea el sector de estudio incorporándose en el equipamiento creando un diálogo de conectividad e integración, concepto que maneja el proyecto. Es así que el ecobarrio como solución a la ruptura del sector no solo conlleva la integración más bien, modifica y mitiga las deficiencias existentes bajo el concepto de sostenibilidad. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The project deals with the study of the Alpachaca sector located on the periphery of the city of Ibarra and the repercussion of the construction of the axis of the road ring dividing the sector physically affecting the dynamics of the site. The axis of the ring road is seen as a threat to the growth of the sector, intensifying already existing problems of connectivity, growth and social problems. It is necessary to understand the current state of the site since they are not favorable in terms of aspects of: uses and services, equipment coverage, roads, natural environment and social factors limiting an integral and sustainable development. For this, the implementation of an Eco-neighborhood aims to mitigate the sector's own and external effects by creating a unity between the existing environment and the incorporation of the sustainability parameters that the eco-neighborhood manages, a paradigm that intervenes in an integral way, adapting to the built environment. The work contemplates an intervention axis with the objective of unifying the sectors fragmented by the road ring axis and the sustainability aspects analyzed in the eco-neighborhood methodology already absent in the sector. In addition, the project contemplates the architectural intervention of a social facility with activities such as: workshops, ecological and cultural fairs in order to potentiate social roots. Thus, the architectural element has characteristics of cohesion to the global urban plan, since the approach of the axis to be intervened transforms the axis of the ring road into a green axis, forming a sequence of spaces inside and outside the site, the intervention borders the study sector incorporating itself into the equipment creating a dialogue of connectivity and integration, a concept that manages the project. Thus, the eco-neighborhood as a solution to the rupture of the sector not only entails integration, rather, it modifies and mitigates the existing deficiencies under the concept of sustainability. | en_US |
