| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto se enmarca en el cantón de Otavalo provincia de Imbabura, analizando como fue el comercio en la antigüedad para de esta manera poder entender como fue el proceso y crecimiento de los mercados en el cantón para así llegar a analizar el mercado Copacabana, mercado que lleva su nombre por el barrio en donde se encuentra, este se caracteriza por ser un mercado textil en su mayoría, que tiene mucho potencial por su ubicación centralizada, y por la cercanía a varios hitos de carácter histórico del cantón. En el siguiente trabajo de titulación se podrá observar el análisis de la problemática actual de este mercado, y la solución que se propone para dar un mejoramiento a un sector de la ciudad con la implementación de un nuevo mercado y la revitalización de su área circundante. | |
