DISEÑO DE UN MODELO DE DESARROLLO DE COMPETENCIAS DE LIDERAZGO PARA LOS ALTOS MANDOS DE UNA EMPRESA DE PRODUCCIÓN(2018) Herrera Peñaherrera, Cristhian Rodrigo; Pardo-Paredes, Eleonor VirginiaEl presente proyecto de desarrollo tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un modelo de desarrollo de competencias de liderazgo para los altos mandos de una empresa de producción. Por lo tanto, es un análisis no experimental de corte transversal; que tiene un alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, además de ser de tipo cuali-cuantitativo. El proyecto de desarrollo se llevó a cabo con una muestra de 36 colaboradores que desempeñan sus actividades como líderes, jefes y gerentes dentro de la empresa ECUATRAN S.A., quienes fueron evaluados por medio de la aplicación del Cuestionario Sobre Competencias de Liderazgo de Peter Northouse; instrumento que permitió identificar las competencias de liderazgo y proporcionar un perfil de las mismas. A través de los resultados obtenidos se pudieron determinar las áreas que requieren ser potencializadas y por consiguiente, elaborar el modelo de desarrollo de competencias de liderazgo mencionado, el cual se enfocó en brindar herramientas de apoyo para los distintos cargos de la organización al detallar el Modelo 5PM, el Modelo de GROW y la Escuela de Líderes/Comunicación Organizacional, el cuales servirá para alcanzar un nivel óptimo de manejo de personal al desarrollar las competencias de cada uno de los colabores que ejercen altos mandos dentro de la organización.Item Open Access LIDERAZGO FEMENINO EMPRESARIAL Y EL COMPROMISO ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL SECTOR DE CONFECCIÓN TEXTIL(2018) Pardo-Paredes, Eleonor Virginia; Guamán-Guevara, María Dolores; Lima-Rojas, Dayamy; Paredes Villacís, Julia del RosarioWith the desire to contribute to the textile manufacturing sector, important in the industrial production of the region, we study the profile of female business leadership and organizational commitment. This approach aims to answer the question: How does female entrepreneurial leadership influence the organizational commitment of the garment sector? The present study aims to positively impact on the management of the concept of social and gender equity, a bet that also coincides with the National Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals. With a qualitativequantitative methodology (phenomenological study of empirical phenomenological approach, descriptive-correlational scope, cross-section, non-experimental design), quantitative instruments were used: situational leadership test (Hersey & Blanchard, 1974), leadership perception test (Mellado-Ruiz, 2005), organizational commitment test (Meyer & Allen, 1997) and qualitative instruments: Interview guide on female business leadership (Bucarey & López, 2016; Contreras, Pedraza & Mejía, 2012; Batista & Bermúdez, 2009 and Gómez, 2006) and the interview guide on organizational commitment (Claure-Rocha & Böhrt-Pelaez, 2004 and Bayona, Goñi-Legaz & Mandorrán, 1999) duly validated. The processing of the data was with SPSS (quantitative) and Atlas.ti (qualitative). The research has been validated by specialists in the area of human talent management and social and gender equity, through a checklist. The selection of specialists was by Delphi. The research was carried out in a population of eleven businesswomen and their 46 collaborators of the Textile Confederation Association of Tungurahua (ACONTEX), determined with a nonprobabilistic sampling intention.Item Open Access INDUMENTARIA MASCULINA BASADA EN LOS ELEMENTOS ICONOGRÁFICOS DE LA CULTURA SALASAKA(2018) Flores, Diana; Barrionuevo, Jorge; Palacios, Juan Carlos; Núñez, GabrielThe project focuses on the analysis and development of masculine clothing proposals based on the iconographic elements of the Salasaka Culture, which takes as reference the zoomorphic elements for its subsequent application in the design of masculine clothing. The profile of the consumer allows to identify the universe of the costumes, as well as the most commercial products, that contribute innovation and tendency in the millenial man. Subsequently, applying design processes, makes use of the conceptual, symbolic and technical elements for the development of masculine clothing proposals, considering the methodology of Alex Milton and Paul Rodgeres.Item Open Access ESTUDIO DE RELACIÓN ENTRE EL ESTRÉS LABORAL Y LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LOS TRABAJADORES DEL ÁREA DE PRODUCCIÓN DE UNA INDUSTRIA DE TUNGURAHUA: CASO PRODEGEL S.A.(2018) Albán Marañón, Ismael Andrés; Pardo-Paredes, Eleonor VirginiaEl presente estudio investigativo es un análisis descriptivo correlacional entre las variables de estrés laboral y satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores del área de producción de una industria ubicada en la provincia de Tungurahua. Con este objetivo, la investigación se realizó sobre una población de 76 colaboradores de la empresa PRODEGEL S.A. pertenecientes al área de producción específicamente. Se utilizó dos herramientas de evaluación para obtener datos relacionados tanto al estrés laboral como a la satisfacción laboral, además de una ficha sociodemográfica que permita obtener ciertos datos de la población de interés. Mediante el análisis de los resultados se obtuvo que existe una relación significativa pero no determinante entre el estrés laboral y la satisfacción laboral, lo cual indica que en esta población en específico, tanto estrés laboral como satisfacción laboral están fuertemente determinados por otros aspectos, lo que probablemente se deba al modelo de organización circular o celular sobre el que se manejan los empleados del área de producción.Item Open Access APUNTES TEÓRICOS INTRODUCTORIOS SOBRE MARKETING DE PROXIMIDAD(2018) Mena Hernández, Liliana; García García, Jenny; Jarrin Arias, Jennifer; Medina Chicaiza, PatricioThe present study exposes that proximity marketing is a strategy used by companies to promote their products or services with advertising sent through mobile devices with the use of Bluetooth. In view of this, a bibliographical research was carried out in Google Scholar and Google Books databases, which helped to obtain information from a set of documents related to the object of study: proximity marketing. In fact, 53 documents were obtained, of these 20 articles explain about proximity marketing and mobile marketing in the promotion of products and services. The results obtained provide relevant information regarding the importance of proximity marketing in the direct communication that takes place between the advertiser and the users in a certain place, action carried out through the approximation, speed and personalization of advertising contents according to the targeting segment.Item Open Access APLICACIÓN WEB PARA LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DE PROCESOS INTERNOS DE LA OFICINA DE POSTGRADOS DE LA PONTIFICIA UNIVERSIDAD CATÓLICA DEL ECUADOR AMBATO(2018) Soria Zevallos, José Marcelo; Pailiacho Mena, Verónica Maribel; Garcés Freire, Enrique XavierEste proyecto tiene por objeto optimizar los procesos internos de la Oficina de Postgrados (OP) de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ambato (PUCESA), mediante la implementación de una aplicación web que despliega en tiempo real la información referente al estado de los maestrantes y de sus proyectos de grado, tanto a nivel individual como colectivo. Al momento dicha información se maneja de manera manual y su procesamiento tarda demasiado, lo que ocasiona que la atención a los usuarios externos de la oficina sea lenta y que la información gerencial requerida por la dirección de la OP no se encuentre disponible de manera oportuna. Mediante la implementación de tal aplicación web se pretende automatizar el procesamiento de la información interna de la OP, lo que soluciona ambos problemas. Se emplea como métodos de recolección de información la observación directa y las entrevistas con el personal de la OP, y como metodología de desarrollo de software se recurre a Extreme Programming (XP), que es la que mejor se adapta a posibles cambios en la estructura del proyecto y a la escasez de tiempo para su desarrollo. Como resultado se obtiene una aplicación web que es debidamente validada tanto a nivel funcional como técnico, la misma que queda lista para ser implementada y puesta en producción en los servidores de la PUCESA, lo que resuelve efectivamente los problemas para los que fue creada.Item Open Access ANÁLISIS FACTORIAL Y DE FIABILIDAD DEL CUESTIONARIO DE HABILIDADES DE ADAPTACIÓN CONDUCTAL PARA ADOLESCENTES(2018) Martínez, Ana; Almeida Marquéz, Lucía; Santamaría, Sandra; Villegas, NarcizaPara el estudio del análisis factorial se obtuvo un KMO adecuado y la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett con una alta significancia p= 0.000, lo que garantiza este análisis; la rotación de los ítems a través del método Varimax formó tres factores, al igual que la prueba de sedimentación de Cattel, la varianza total explicada tiene un promedio de 42%. La consistencia interna global del instrumento fue moderada (α= .77), es decir, es aceptable para diagnósticos y procesos investigativos. El cuestionario de Habilidades de Adaptación Conductual es un instrumento de naturaleza politómica ya que utiliza escala Likert de 5 puntuaciones, se estructura con 32 preguntas: 4 preguntas de control que permiten determinar el sesgo y 28 preguntas distribuidas en dos áreas con sus respectivas sub áreas: Socio Contextual (Autoeficacia, Prosocialidad y Autoregulación Conductual) y la Práctico Funcional (Actividad Funcional del Hogar, Académico Ocupacional y Seguridad – Protección). Keywords: Instrument, adolescents, behavioral skills, Cronbach's alpha.Item Open Access ANÁLISIS DE VULNERABILIDADES DE CREDENCIALES DÉBILES O POR DEFECTO EN APLICACIONES WEB LMS (HERRAMIENTAS DE GESTIÓN DE APRENDIZAJE)(2018) Sánchez Freire, Jorge; Parra Zamora, PamelaIn every web application there are risk and vulnerabilities which have to be mitigated, one of the biggest is the final user itself who, most of the times, in order to don´t forget his access credentials, uses the same ones that the administrator had given to him or uses some easy to remember and to guess by an external person, representing a high vulnerability in a security chain. In web management done by users most of times security is left out causing unwanted access to sensitive information. This investigation attempts to realize an analysis by using the user’s vulnerabilities chapter in the OWASP methodology, which determines the presence this, either by using weak access credentials or because of obsolete security protocols. In that way solutions can be proposed to the administrators of the application to lower the risk of an unauthorized access which it´s shown in this study.Item Open Access EL PLAN NACIONAL DE DESARROLLO 2017- 2021 Y SU CORRELACIÓN CON LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS(2018) Pazmay Pazmay, Pablo DavidThe Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador 2008 recognizes Good Living as a Development Regime oriented to the promotion of citizen participation in the development of the country to guarantee the exercise of rights and, consequently, generate public policies that meet the main needs social and ensure accessibility to human rights that are understood as an inherent attribute of man; thus, within this context, the National Development Plan 2017 - 2021 has been developed, which is conceived as a government plan and is established as a guideline in the constitution of social projects. This bibliographic research work legally justifies that the National Development Plan seeks to strengthen the practice of Human Rights and specifically seeks to consolidate a dignified life where the effective enjoyment of rights is guaranteed within the framework of interculturality, respect for diversities and harmonious coexistence with nature.Item Open Access LA USABILIDAD EN EL DESARROLLO DE SOFTWARE EN EL ECUADOR(2018) Pailiacho Mena, Verónica Maribel; Garcés Freire, Enrique Xavier; Balseca Manzano, José MarceloEn los últimos años el desarrollo de software se ha perfeccionado en la funcionalidad de los productos digitales, y se ha dejado en segundo plano la usabilidad del mismo, es decir, no se considera la facilidad y practicidad de su uso; este es uno de los motivos por lo que los usuarios que se enfrentan a nuevos sistemas presentan resistencia al cambio. Con este antecedente se ha visto la necesidad de plantear un proyecto de investigación en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Ambato para determinar los parámetros necesarios para la creación de un Laboratorio de usabilidad para entornos digitales, como parte de esta investigación es necesario determinar si las empresas de desarrollo de software del Ecuador toman en cuenta los criterios de usabilidad para la elaboración de sus productos. Como metodología de trabajo se usó Kanban que si bien, no es una metodología propia de la línea de la informática, se le puede utilizar por su flexibilidad y simplicidad para desarrollo de proyectos, la utilización de esta metodología permitió plantearse tareas puntuales para la recolección de datos y posterior análisis, y saber su progreso dentro del tiempo planificado por medio de sus lienzos que permiten identificar tareas por hacerse, en proceso y terminadas. Una vez obtenidos los resultados se determina que las empresas de desarrollo de software y freelance consideran en sus desarrollos de software cinco de los diez criterios de usabilidad, estos son: la navegación, el contenido, la identidad corporativa, la visibilidad del sistema y el manejo de errores. Esta información servirá de utilidad para futuros estudios de usabilidad en los entornos digitales.Item Open Access LA PRESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ACCIÓN PENAL EN DELITOS SEXUALES(2018) Gavilanes Domínguez, ChristianThe purpose of the present investigative work was to study in a descriptive way the prescription of criminal action in relation to sexual crimes committed against children and adolescents, based on approval in popular consultation by the Ecuadorian people that those crimes are imprescriptible, for What is analyzed is the end of the prescription of the criminal action together with the purpose of the criminal process, the criminal policy and the sexual crimes, looking at it from the point of view of the doctrine, with the purpose of establishing 2 which are the criminal principles and rights of the alleged active subject of the criminal offense that have been violated with that question of the popular consultation made in February 2018, using arguments, jurisprudence, resolutions, legal norms and doctrine applicable to the study of this essay, more than that is carried out critical-propositive opinions, with the aim of providing criteria that lead us to avoid excessive state legal persecution, based on sociological biases that influence criminal policy and effective protection of the rights of the alleged active subject of the offense.Item Open Access FACTORES ASOCIADOS AL AUTOESTIGMA DE LA DEPRESIÓN EN ADOLESCENTES ESCOLARIZADOS(2018) Suárez Barba, Mariela Alexandra; Martínez Nahuel, Vania AngélicaEl autoestigma de la depresión es internalizar y aplicar sobre uno mismo las creencias negativas acerca de la enfermedad. Se asocia a menor búsqueda de ayuda profesional, apoyo familiar y social. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la asociación entre autoestigma de la depresión y factores sociodemográficos, historia personal-parental de depresión, sintomatología ansiosa-depresiva, y calidad de vida en adolescentes escolarizados chilenos. Fue un estudio no experimental de tipo transversal y correlacional. Participaron 192 estudiantes de ambos sexos de 8º básico a 3º medio de tres colegios particulares subvencionados de Santiago, Chile. Para el análisis de datos se utilizó la prueba t de Student, ANOVA, coeficiente de Pearson y Regresión Lineal. Entre los resultados obtenidos, los factores asociados al autoestigma de la depresión en adolescentes escolarizados son: los adolescentes que no saben si tuvieron depresión, historia parental de depresión, mayor sintomatología depresiva, mayor sintomatología ansiosa, y menor calidad de vida. El fenómeno del autoestigma de la depresión en los participantes tiene mayor ocurrencia en aquellos que no saben si tuvieron una historia personal de depresión. Esto implica que están propensos a conductas riesgosas que perjudican su integridad física y psicológica, inhibición de búsqueda de ayuda y dificultades individuales a largo plazo. Es importante abordar el Autoestigma de la depresión en el tratamiento de depresión en adolescentes pues la historia de tratamiento por depresión deviene en mayor inadecuación social y no determina menos autoestigma de la depresión.Item Open Access MARCO CONCEPTUAL SOBRE UNA APLICACIÓN DE GEOMARKETING EN ENTORNO MÓVIL PARA LA COMUNICACIÓN COMERCIAL DE PYMES(2018) Manjarrés Camana, Jean Paúl; Medina Chicaiza, Ricardo Patricio; Freire Aillón, Teresa MilenaCompanies can be known in the digital media and reach the population, using various communication strategies. Unfortunately, it is something that in a planned and formal way has been achieved only by large companies, so small and medium enterprises (SMEs), end up being disadvantaged by various factors. Therefore, the aforementioned makes it possible to contemplate that the commercial companies cover most of the market, where it has been observed that during the last years the population has begun to make more use of the mobile applications, so, the new technological age, has forced companies to have greater commercial competitiveness, since several of them have incurred in the digital medium using various tools. The objective of the research is to propose a conceptual framework on the development of an application of geomarketing in mobile environment for the commercial communication of SMEs, this is intended to provide the necessary information for an improvement in the commercial communication of the same at low cost.Item Open Access ESTRATEGIAS Y CRITERIOS DE DISEÑO GRÁFICO PARA APLICAR EN LA CREACIÓN DE MATERIAL DIDÁCTICO INTERACTIVO PARA NIÑOS Y NIÑAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL(2018) Jaramillo Valle, Félix; Naranjo, KatherineEl presente trabajo pretende mediante el análisis definir las necesidades y características particulares de los niños y niñas con discapacidad intelectual, además analizar y evaluar cómo intervienen las herramientas interactivas de los programas de diseño gráfico sin programación en el desarrollo académico de este grupo vulnerable, para mejorar su autonomía de aprendizaje y comunicación. En la actualidad no se cuenta con material específico para profesores ni para alumnos con dicha discapacidad, es por esto el interés de diseñar contenido digital que apoye los métodos de enseñanza de las instituciones educativas y con ello hacer más eficiente su desarrollo académico. La metodología está guiada por un enfoque mixto, usando las técnicas de entrevistas en profundidad; y grupos focales con psicólogos y pedagogos para poder entender la manera de aprendizaje de los niños y niñas con discapacidad. Se realiza además observación participante con estos niños y niñas, se concluye con una investigación documental y bibliográfica sobre teorías de aprendizaje. El análisis de toda esta información permite definir claramente el concepto interactivo como herramienta pedagógica o educativa, desmitificando lo digital y desligarlo de su aceptación estrictamente técnica. Además, permitirá establecer los criterios de diseño adecuados para la creación del material didáctico interactivo para los niños y niñas de nivel inicial.Item Open Access La afectación al derecho humano de propiedad privada ocasionado por los procesos de liquidación forzosa de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito en el Ecuador(2018) Paredes Paredes, Eduardo Antonio; Velaña Bayas, Erick BryanThe work contains an analysis on the affectation to the Human Right of Private Property, recognized in the Constitution of Ecuador and in the international instruments, which is mentioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in article 17, numerals 1-2 as follows: "All person has the right to property, individually and collectively and no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of their property". Also is natural and imprescriptible and allows to enjoy, satisfy, allocate and lean to the individual and common good, depending on the limitations of law, that for the present study, the private property affected refers to the money deposited in the savings and credit cooperatives (COAC); the problem is that many people were affected by the forced liquidation processes carried out to several of these entities, which caused many depositors, creditors, partners and account holders to block their funds, which in many cases could never be recovered.Item Open Access LA ACTUALIZACIÓN DOCENTE EN LA CALIDAD EDUCATIVA(2018) Ríos Zambrano, Jessenia Elizabeth; Cevallos, Edgar EnriqueThe purpose of this article is to present teaching as pedagogical Update intervenes to achieve educational quality in Higher Education Unit Ambato. The research is designed to measure the quality of education in the area of natural sciences from the point of view of teacher updating information that has been gathered students from fourth to tenth year. The main purpose is the development of new ceramic proposals focused on those elements known as the "imaginaries", which are manifested as a symbolic identification of the reality and time of a community, so that the design process is part of the decomposition of those elements, as well as the identification of characteristics and behaviors typical of the research area, such as its cultural essence.Item Open Access LOS PROCESOS DE ADOPCIÓN EN EL ECUADOR Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL INTERÉS SUPERIOR DE LAS NIÑAS, NIÑOS Y ADOLESCENTES(2018) Manjarres Buenaño, Juan Carlos; Cedeño Núñez, Cristina RaquelAdoption is not only a figure or a legal instrument; it is and should be understood as a protection mechanism for abandoned children and adolescents, the Ecuadorian state must guarantee the reintegration of this group of priority attention to a family in order to ensure compliance with the rights established in our Constitution. In the International Treaties and Conventions that Ecuador has ratified, the State's intention to protect the human rights of this priority attention group is observed, however the social and legal reality is far from these ideals since, as it is observed in the Organic Codes that regulate these adoption processes and also in the Adoption Regulation, the process to be able to adopt is long and tedious, although it can be understood that it must be ensured that the children who are going to be adopted achieve family reintegration with a suitable family and with all the capacities, be they physical, economic and above all psychological affective. In the present research work, it is intended to analyze the human right that this group of priority attention has to own a family and the obligation that the Ecuadorian State has to guarantee all the Girls, Boys and Adolescents an effective, efficient process and above all a process with speed so that they can have a family and a dignified life as it is established in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989.
